1 – Getting to Know You

We’re all about discovering what truly brings you joy! Whether we meet face-to-face or virtually through Zoom or Google Meet, we’re eager to hear all about your expectations, needs, and even your wildest dreams. Let’s start crafting the perfect celebration, designed just for you!

2 – Let’s Choose Your Venue

Selecting your venue is one of the most exciting parts of the wedding planning journey! We highly encourage you to come to Mexico and experience it firsthand—it’s an unforgettable and fun part of the process. But if your schedule doesn’t allow for travel, we’ll provide a live-streaming tour of the venues that perfectly fit your requirements, so you can explore and choose your dream location from anywhere in the world.

3 –Your Wedding Date

Once you’ve selected your wedding venue, the next step is to choose your date. For some couples, the specific date holds special significance, making it a priority. In such cases, they may opt to select a venue based on its availability for that particular date.

4 – Online Planning Platform

Once you’ve selected your venue, confirmed your date, and signed our wedding planning contract, you’ll gain access to our exclusive planning program. Through this platform, you’ll be able to explore and choose from a curated selection of options for each service, including all the suppliers needed for your wedding events. You’ll have access to important details such as their Instagram accounts, pricing, and any other relevant information to help you choose the most appropriate supplier for your special day.

5 – Communication

In addition to messaging through our online planning program, we will set up a WhatsApp group to include Mariluz, Steve, and the couple that is very useful for addressing urgent details and sharing images, videos and voice messages throughout the planning process. Additionally, we’ll schedule virtual meetings whenever needed. There are no limits on calls or restrictions on time, as we understand how busy your schedules can be, and we want to ensure that communication is as flexible and convenient as possible for you.

6 – Budget

We will provide you with a payment schedule and budget updates as you select your service providers. No supplier will be hired without your explicit authorization, and we will advise you on the payment method most advantageous for you.

8 – The Wedding Weekend

We’ve got you! Champagne Events Mexico contracts only one event per weekend. Our team will be focused on you and your guests throughout the entire weekend, attending to all your wedding needs and providing personalized, attentive service from start to finish.  All you need to do is enjoy the tacos and tequila with family and friends.
